Frequently asked questions

How do I convert a JPG to PNG (or the other way around)?

Upload your image, choose the output format you want (for example PNG) and press "Convert". The tool changes the extension and rewrites the file in the new format inside your browser.

Why convert my images to WebP?

WebP offers a much smaller size than JPG or PNG with very similar quality, so it is ideal for fast websites. Here you can convert several images to WebP all at once.

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. The whole conversion happens inside your browser with a canvas. Your images are never sent to the internet nor saved anywhere.

Can I convert many images at once?

Yes. You can drop as many images as you want and, when there are two or more, a button appears to download them all together compressed in a ZIP file.
